This gathering is organised in collaboration between Aspira college in Split, Croatia and Terra Meera, Center for Regeneration in Croatia.
By bringing together regenerators from Croatia and abroad we aspire to build momentum towards a regenerative renaissance in the region. The event is designed to inspire, motivate, connect, showcase and create impact for lasting change.

REGENERATE EUROPE: OUR CONFERENCE SERVING THE EUROPEAN GREEN DEAL
The European Green Deal (2020) has envisioned to make Europe the first carbon neutral continent by 2050 and to cut 50-55% of emissions by 2030.
The EU’s new growth strategy lays out a holistic policy agenda that aims to completely green our economy. The vision will transform all 27 EU countries into a low-carbon economy while improving people’s quality of life, through cleaner air and water, better health and a prosperous natural world. The strategy stresses the need for public participation: ‘A new pact is needed to bring together citizens in all their diversity, with national, regional, local authorities, civil society and industry working closely with the EU institutions and advisory bodies’. One third of the 1.8 trillion euro investments from the NextGenerationEU Recovery Plan, and the EU’s seven-year budget will finance the European Green Deal.
